The following exhibits have been curated to substantiate the systemic failures outlined in this dossier. But, this is only brief overview of the all the notes that I have.

EXHIBIT A: The Forensic Medical Proof

Document: Independent Neuropsychological Assessment (ADOS-2).

Context: The police and courts relied on an "Autism" label to criminalize my trauma and dismiss my credibility. This formal, gold-standard assessment proves conclusively that I do not meet the criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder. The premise of my conviction was a clinical fabrication.

EXHIBIT B: The Pre-Existing Abuse Disclosures

Document: Clinical Psychology Notes (2018).

Context: These notes, recorded long before police involvement, explicitly document my disclosures of "physical, emotional, and psychological abuse." This proves the abuse was a documented reality, not a "delusion" invented after the fact.

EXHIBIT C: FORENSIC AUDIO RECORDINGS & TRANSCRIPTS

I hold recordings contain "Admissions Against Interest" from key witnesses involved in the and incidents. These testimonys provides forensic corroboration that the initial arrest was the result of a premeditated strategy by the primary aggressor to physically dominate me and weaponize the NSW Police.

EXHIBIT F: The Closed Loop (Oversight Failure)

Document: Formal Determination Letter from the LECC (March 2026).

Context: When presented with this forensic evidence, the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) referred the complaint back to the exact same police station accused of misconduct. The local command cleared its own officers in less than three days. This letter is proof that the oversight system actively protects its own corruption.
